i keep my pc in my VERY small bedroom, and when i leave it on, the room heats up really quickly. even more so, when there is two or three people in the room. anyway, my question is that will installing a water cooling set into my computer help reduce temperature that comes from the computer? i was looking at the Ahanix Iceberg kit at tiger for $99. im also running dual monitors though, so this may be hopeless.

That kit won't do much better then good air cooling and no, you're room won't be cooler. The same amount of heat is being put out by your computer no matter how you cool it. Just like a rig that has high case temp, you need airflow! In your room that is... ;)
