catalyst drivers for ati 8500LE

Would getting the catalyst drivers for my ati radeon 8500LE make a big improvement from any of the previous drivers? Thanks.

P.S. - I'm on windows 2kpro if that makes a difference.

I dont think any previous drivers even support the 8500. Im sure you have an old version of the cats already. Also, with each new driver they make fixes and increase framerates, USUALY.
