It might be the cable in your pic (BNC Cable), but on the Dell site they only mention 15-Pin D-Sub (HD15 Cable).

I would make sure if the monitor has dual inputs (Both 15-Pin D-Sub and BNC) as they sometimes make different models with the same name (My Philips 2110 comes in 3 different flavours).

Specs taken from dealspot.com:
Dell P1110
21" FD Trinitron CRT
Digital Multiscan Technology
0.24mm Aperture grille pitch
HiDensity Electron Gun
1880 x 1440 @ 85Hz
2048 x 1536 or higher
Dual input
ZERO CURVATURE screen!

The monitor should come with the cable. The BNC cable gives a slightly better color balance but you should be fine with either.
