Q-Tec PSUs and Abit mobos

My question regarding with Q-Tec's PSU's and Abit mobos (especialy Abit NF7-S V 2.0).

My PSU is Q-Tec's 400W and i'm having problems getting to 200FSB. When using memtest86 i get huge errors when i'm at 200FSB and when in 166FSB i get much less errors...and even when using my old good ones that work for sure and using the FSB like it was on my old mobo i still get errors...Doesn't my PSU give enough power to my chipsets in my board? Any help?

I tried the APIC disabling method but i get IRQ errors in windows...any other help rather than the hardmod to the CPU socket?
