need a direction's program

ok what is the best program out there that will give me directions, like i type in the adress i start at and then the adress i want to go to and it prints me out a detailed map. What is the best program that gives the most details....see my dads a truck driver and he sometimes needs directions and mapquest isnt cutting it and he's gettin on my A**...so i need help
