Are those Chieftec included PSUs any good?

I was pondering the purchase of one of those high end Chieftec cases that includes a PSU, banking on the notion that buying both in one package will save me money. However, the brand mentioned (I don't recall now what it is) doesn't look familiar, and I'm wondering if those are just generic junk.

FYI, I intend to watercool and overclock my next Athlon, and will be powering some fans and maybe some lighting. Nothing too extravigant.

I believe the brand is foxconn.

the one that came with my OEM system case was a High-Power aka Sirtech. 300W came with the case 18 months ago, or thereabouts.

They are a step above generic crap but are still a bit weedy compared to a Fortron or Antec. Still, runs the stuff in my sig OK
