Are the heatsinks that some with AMD processors good enough to use in an overclocked system, or do I have to buy a new heatsink? What about the fans they some with? Do they even pack thermal paste in there, or should i buy some of that too? Thanks in advance ;)

It depends on the degree of your overclock. I've used the stock heatsinks that come with the 1700XP+ up to 2G with 1.65V. They are adequate at this speed but are not optimal. If you plan on using a higher vcore, you should consider a better heatsink and fan. The SK7 with a 80mm fan will handle all but extreme overclocks and vcore settings.
