How do you connect the fans to the thing when they're usually all in different locations and so far away? Do the fan controllers from nexus or enermax usually come with a extension or something? Thanks.

yes my vantec bus came with about 12" extensions with two three pin adaptors and two four pinn moltex connectors.

Do you think generic brands will come with extension cables as well? I found one on eBay tha'ts around only $20 shipped for me.

Check around for prices at NewEgg and BestByte. I have a hard time trusting the whole Ebay deal. If you have a CompUSA or MicroComputer Center near you, I found a PCToys brand for $25.
