last week i lose my a drive, dont know where it at. i check my lines and there are ok. xp pro dont pick it up. then i did a reformat and still the luck, any help please.thanks

i just look in the bios and it show it, it look like its not getting any power.............

If you see it in the bios the drive is getting power. Are we talking about the system in your sig?

it's my A drive............it dont show on the window with the C drive or the D drive, it should show with them yes????

if it is your floppy drive which is missing, then it's probably just a loose cable somewhere.

it does not show up in the my computer window, just my C drive, D drive, cam, printer...............no A drive

it's got to be a cable, i put my kid A drive in and it didnt work, but it works in hers........
