'R9200' which hex value to change to remove the clock lock????

I am gonna load my bios change the value and then save and flash it
can u just tell me which value to change
and what program to use to edit the bios file?
Any help will be appreciated

the omega's newest drivers, the new ones are supposed to unlock the locked cards for you here is part of the read me:

Enabled Overclocking support in the normal and soft-moded drivers for
ALL CARDS based on the following chipsets, even if they are locked:
RV250/RV280/R300/RV350. (2k/XP)
