Question Best fan for SP-94?

The system:

ABIT IC7-MAX3
Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz
Thermalright SP-94 Heatpipe
Corsair TwinX 1024-3200LL PRO
ATi 9800XT Pro 256MB
Plextor PX-708A DVD Writer
Plextor PlexWriter Premium
Western Digital Raptor 74 GB (ETA November)
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro
PC Power & Cooling Turbo-Cool 510 ATX-Deluxe
Lian Li PC-65
4 Panaflo M1A fans (32.1 CFM/2450 RPM/28 db) for case cooling

The concern:

I'm trying to balance cooling with noise. I won't be overclocking right away but I might do some mild OC'ing eventually.

The questions:

1. 80mm or 92mm fan for the SP-94?

2. Panaflo or Papst?

3. Since this is the CPU fan, how important is it that the fan support RPM monitoring?

Thanks guys!!!!!

Here are the specs on the 92mm Panaflo M1A(BX) w/RPM sensing:

Air Flow - 48 CFM
Fan Speed - 2450 RPM
Power - 1.8 W
Fan Size - 92x92x25mm
Noise Level - 30 dB

FrozenCPU.com has this fan for $11.00.

I found the 92mm Panaflo H1A(BX) w/RPM sensing in the DigiKey catalog for $8.75 + S/H (probably ~ $10 or so). The specs on this one are:

Air Flow - 56.9 CFM
Fan Speed - 2850 RPM
Power - 2.7 W
Fan Size - 92x92x25mm
Noise Level - 35 dB

I don't know where else to find the H1A(BX) other than DigiKey.

Would the M1A(BX) above be sufficient for use on the SP-94?

I just switched from the Panaflo FBA09A12H to the FBA09A12M and I saw no difference in temp. I'm also running the P4-3.0C @ 3.675. Ambient is 26, MB is 26, CPU is 37 (Full Load). I did make a shroud out of 1 1/4 thick acoustic foam to channel all the air flow to the SP-94.
