slk-800x compatible

i have a gigabyte 7dx+ and on the thermalright site it doesnt show my board up...does any one here run a slk-800 with a gigabyte board? if so how much space do you have between the capacitators?

I went to giga-byte.com and looked at it. They only list 7DXE. Do they have same layout? From looking at 7DXE, it's hard to tell but it does look little tighter than my GA-7VA around the CPU. But unless you have tall caps right next to the socket, you'll be fine.

hey...thanks dude i just checked it out also...ther pretty much the same mobo good thing the caps aint to high. cant wait to get a slkxxx with a smart2 fan thanks dude

hey if its not too late, the slk 947 supposedly fits all motherboards.
