OC'ing stuck

I am at 2.3 from a 2.0 P4 ive seen people with much higher than i have and i cant seem to get it up there, Anyone know what i could do? ive tryed increasing the Vcore and memCore but i must not have the combo down. Any idea's? FSB = 115, 20x Multiplyer

I gotta ask, Are you using a Williamette processor? If your using a 2.0 Williamette thats about all your going to get.
