lost 64mb of ram on a 256mb stick

lost 64mb of ram on a 256mb stick


ive lost 64mb of ram on a 256mb stick

what are the main reasons this could happen

and should i scrap the stick now that its dammaged

HDD: 60gb OCZ SSD, 3x 74gb Raptors, 750gb --- 300GB Maxtor
PSU: OCZ GameXStream 1010w --- OCZ Powerstream 600watt
CASE: Antec Nine Hundred --- Generic Junk case
COOLING: Thermochil pa160 + pa120, D4, GTZ --- TRU - Passive
VDU:Dell 3007WFP-HC 30" --- Old 19" LG Lcd
MacMini (Early 09) 2.26ghz 4gb 320gb

dont worry it came back :S

i took out all teh ram modules cleaned them up n'stuff and wham its back again

Though I was intrested in why that might happen (other than it just being dirty)... I would have thought that it would just not work or somthing... meh.

i thought the whole module just wouldnt work. i was confuzed as hell but it works, so i cant complain
