Which Chip To get ? 2.4 C or 2.6 C

Which Chip To get ? 2.4 C or 2.6 C

I am planning on cracking up the FSB to 250mhz and run memory 1:1 with my hynix memory that I am more than sure can handle 250 at relaxed 3-3-3-8 timmings @ 2.75V.

I am sure the 2.4Ghz 800fsb can take 250mhz but how about the 2.6Ghz ? I am planning on just using the stock cooling. but going to remove the black thermal pad and putting Artic Silver III.

I have not seen a 2.4 not hit 3ghz (250fsb) but I am not sure of the 2.6.

Anyone ?

2.6c will do 250 fsb nicly i have one in a p4p800-dlx that does jsut that on stock vcore and cooling

Probably most 2.6C will do 250 FSB or at least close to it.

Well I'll see tommorrow with the price cut. According to the register the 2.4 and 2.6 are suppose to be the same price
but probably going to get the 2.6
