Ok this might seem kinda dumbish but on a 120mm fan, the 120mm is for the size of the blades(actual fan part) right?

What are the dimentions of the fan including the housing?

Actually i think 120mm is the size of the diameter of the whole thing including the housing.

That would be correct.The 92x38mm denotes
the fans frame deminsions.92mm square.
