Swapping RAID0 to new MB need help!!!

Well here goes....

I had a P4C800 Dlx MB with 2 Maxtor 160GB ATA133 BOTH connected on my PRI RAID channel since that is the only way that MB would support them in RAID (obviously not a true RAID since both drives were required to be on the same IDE channel).

Long story short i just put in my P4C800-E MB in my rig. If i read correctly it DOES support ATA133 in a true RAID0 setup. I was hopeing to now put my Maxtors in a TRUE RAID0 but every combo i tried with IDE1/2/PRI RAID found my array as offline. Am i stuck with keeping the drives on the same IDE or what am i missing?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you have to rebuild the RAID on the new mobo. the only time RAID is transferable is when your using an add-on card (i.e. a PCI RAID controller)
