Somethings broken

Well I reinstalled windows after my computer start screwing me round, but when I go back to play games i get crap fps... example

Cs- 99fps before
CS-30-70fps now

UT2k3-120-180 fps before
UT2k3-30-60fps now

Any idea what could be causing my pc to do this, everything is @ stock atm... i've got a radeon 9500pro

any help is MUCH appreciated


p.s. I have Cat 3.8s and my Agp drivers installed from intel.

try to switch to thecat 3.6/ 3.7

yeah i've tried switching to cat 3.7s.. still no luck..

i really hope nothings wrong.. cause it was working fine yesterday

Just a thought, Seti slowed my games down alot.

nah man, I tried it from a clean install with just gfx drivers loaded, same thing

so the one and only thing you changed was a new install? is everything inside pluged in tightly?

check and see what your aa and af is set too.

I don't actually use AF and AA... but I found the problem.. all I did was reflash the bios on my card.. and now it works...

its like wtf
