Question Smallest motherboard?

What's the smallest footprint motherboard you guys have seen? I want something smaller than a microATX. Can be for Intel or AMD proessors, needs to support at least 256 meg of RAM.

Saw this and thought it was interesting, but only supports 128 meg:

Post any links or ideas here. Thanks!

Last I knew Via had a new board and it was about 4 3/4" square has integrated everything and includes CPU. This is even smaller than their Epia series which I think is around 6 1/2" square. I believe its due out the end of the year.
