also can some help me with the optional thing at the bottom of the page where u can chose extra fans etc I dont really understand them

Yellow is the new mellow!

Apart from the garish colour, it seems OK - I wouldn't trust PSUs that have had most of their metal case removed though as it is there as an EMI shield as well as a pretty box.
