is there a way i can send a "shutdown" command to another computer on a network without having to be an admin?

Back Orfice I believe does that (along with other "useful" things)

i imagine he wants to p*** off a co-worker in a light-mannered fasion. and i believe there MIGHT be a way to do it but i think you can stop it by turning on security features or something
