I have kingston PC2300 ddr ram at 2.8v. What is the maximum safe temp it should be running at? Also, PC2300 is according to CPU-Z, but is there really a such thing as 2300? Ive only heard of 2100 and 2700 but not 2300. Thanks for the help.
 
at 2.8 volts your temps should be fine. ram doesn't tend to get hot until you up the voltage a lot more than that.
