Automatic Forwarding

My friend is having some trouble with automatic forwarding pages in both IE and AOL. On sites such as ticketmaster and expedia there are wait pages. After you request tickets it brings you to a wait page and it neve forwards him to the next page. I wasn't sure exactly what to tell him. I had him set the IE advanced options to defaults and had him clear temp. internet files/cookies. Any other ideas?

Yea, well I know that much, heheh. Still there has to be a way to fix it, somehow. Remember that it happens in both IE and AOL.
