1800+ unlock?

Well I tried to unlock my cpu and I was able to change the multi to 5x 11x 11.5x and 12x only, what I want to know is if this how it is supposed to work or did I do something wrong.

GA-7N400-L1
Athlon Xp 1800+

It looks like you have to cut the 5th L3 if you want higher multipliers. Some boards open all the multipliers , some don't.

Or you can do a wire mod.
