Forcing 100mb/full duplex using linux

I did a search but nothing I was looking for showed up. My question, is there a switch that one would set in the config, that would force your nic to be 100mb/full duplex instead of auto?

Usually driver dependent and unnecessary unless you're having problems. Something like ethtool might work, depending on your nic.
