im an intel user thinking of gettin a tbird and a job :)
but say i order a 1.X tbird at 200mhz FSB, can i lower the multiplier and raise the fsb to get 266 fsb at the same speed? or is this not worth it?

you certainly can or you can raise the FSB, change the multi, and overclock several hundred more megahertz.

ok i want to get a 200 and raise it to 266 to save a few bucks :)

Note: most 266FSB are cheaper than 200FSB (with the exception of the 1.2Ghz, don't know why that is).
