getting rid of the langquage bar

i just installed office 2003 and with it came this language bar that goes on my taskbar (windows xp). i right click on taskbar, go to toobars, and UNCHECK language bar.

EVERY TIME i restart my computer it reappears.

i tried searchin the registry for a key to delete it but could not find it.

can somebody help me out?

Right click the Language Bar and select "Settings" | "Language Bar" button | Uncheck "Show the Language bar on the desktop".
