Need a good gaming MB.

Would like to spend no more than $200. I don't really have much of the computer picked out yet. I'll be going with ATI Radeon 9800Pro and probably a 2.6P4 with 800FSB and HT. I have been searching around and been getting a few different suggestions.
Some choice I'm looking at:
Abit IC7-G
P4C800-E DELUXE
DFI LAN Party Pro 875B
MSI Neo2-FISR
Abit IC7-Max3
I'd like to get ~3.2GHz from this computer. This should be attainable fairly safely right?

i would go for the asus p4c800-e dlx since its the best in the price range. if you don't like the asus you can get the max 3, which is good as well.
