They both use the BH-5 chips as far as I know.
The HyperX is cheaper by %20.

Will the OCZ be offerring any advantages over the HyperX?
As far as the overclocking goes, will there be much difference at the speeds they reach at Cas2?

PS: My mainboard is P4P800 and is limited to Vmem of 2.85V.

I posted my results with the OCZ 3500 Platinum LE in that thread as well as my results so far with some HyperX BH-5.

The OCZ 3500 Platinum LE results so far around the 'net aren't impressive but it's early days yet so I wouldn't take my results as indicative of every stick/pair at least until a few more reviews and user feedback shows up.
