Sparkle power supply 400w, where is the off switch?

I told my brother to buy the Sparkle PSU and he was tweaking his computer and said there is no off switch on the back of the PSU.

I figured you guys would know where it is or how to turn it off manually.

Sorry, I tried the search, but for some reason "off*" chocked the search engine.

Doesn't exist. No on/off switch on them. That would add extra cost to them.

At least my Sparkle didn't come with one.
 
there are 2 models. the model in the nickel plate housing, (all shiny and pretty) and without PFC, has no switch on the back. The other model does. i believe the model numbers are as follows:

without PFC, no switch, pretty case, FSP400-60GN

with PFC, steel housing, kill switch, FSP400-60pfn

i may be wrong on the exact part numbers, absolutely positive the PFN model incorporates PFC and a switch, and the GN model, while prettier, does not.
