old memory question

Hey my dad has this old motherboard and wants some more ram. The thing is his ram has two slots and three large sections on the bottom. What kind of ram is this and can I still buy it?

That is more than likely sdram. They came in 4 flavors 66mhz, PC100, PC133 and PC150. I have an old stick of 128mb PC100 Micron memory still. It has the same bottom configuration as your dads. The chips should hopfully have the part number imprented on them. The part number on mine is MT48LC16M8A1-TG. On the chip it looks like this:

0022 B USA
MT 48LC16M8A1
TG -8

For your second question yes I know the PC100, 133 and 150 can still be bought. I'm not entierly sure the 66mhz can be though.
