Corsair CMX256A-3500C2PT v1.1 what timing should i use?

I have the CMX256A-3500C2PT 2x256. version 1.1. Is this Bh-5? and what timing should i use with the nf7-s with unlocked 2500+

Also, what speed are you running your system at? You should def. be running your mem. in-synch with FSB and once you settle on that, i can tell you Corsair recommended settings...

I've found that having a tras of 11 seems to give me a boost in mem. bandwith..., so 2-2-2-11

i have the same sticks running at 2-3-3-6 at 205mhz. but i think mine are ch-5 chips, purchased 4 months ago from newegg. if yours are BH-5, i believe it can overclock much higher. btw, corsair recommends max 2.8v for ram voltage.

XMS3200C2 version 1.1 use BH-6 chips.
XMS3200C2 version 1.2 use CH-5 chips.

XMS3500 use BH-5 chips.
