i'm trying to setup a system for a friend.
the cpu is a 2.6c and the motherboard is an Abit IS7-E. I need some relatively inexpensive ram that can run on this setup @ 200fsb , at least cas 2.5 . needs to be 2x512.
thanks,
drew

Im sure the Buffalo would work just fine for the setup you want, there $99 per stick of 512 :)

It would be kewl if you could find some Windbond chips if anyone has any left, if not, im sure the Micron would still do 200 mhz.

u know if it's compatible with this motherboard. i found this kingmax here only 171 for 2x512. anyone know if that will work good in this motherboard?

im not 100% sure, why dont you pop the sticks out of your rig and try them in the setup?

I see you have 2 nice 512's in there :)

As for the Kingmax, Ive never heard of them b4, maybe someone else here has?
