hows this soundin?dram timing quest too

ok, my p4 c 3.0 on an abit ac7-g i have overclocked at 234 FSB-3510mhz...n/b by comp---cram 5:4 ---agp fixed 66/33--cpu core 1.55 ddr sdram vol 2.6 agp vol 1.55 now i have my dram timing by spd which gives me cas latency 2 act precharge 5 dram delay 3 dram precharge 2------The machine runs solid--i burned it in no problem and has never crashed in game or bench..does this sound all good to leave well enough alone or are my dram timing by speed sound like i should change it?? thanks
ps is 5:4 where i should be? i have corsair xms pc3200 c2 ram
