New Laptop w/1600+ mobile athlon

I am thinking of getting this laptop at Sam's Wholesale it has everything I will need, DVD/CDRW, 256MB, 40GB pretty small size for a laptop only like 4lbs.

I was thinking maybe a little later down the road upgrading the processor?

The Mobile XP1600+ is kind of slow.

What is the highest Mobile XP? with 266mHz FSB?

I've seem 2500+ Mobile chips with the 266MHz FSB on newegg.

Thats what I thought. Is there a link any where that talks about power draw and heat that the mobile chip put out?
