Red line in performance monitor....

I never noticed this red line til recently.



Where you see the red at about 50%, SETI is open and showing. When the red goes back down to the bottom, SETI is running but minimized.

Any idea what its for or what it means?

Does it look abnormal in any way? The reason I ask is I have been noticing some "delays". For example, I'll click a link or something and it like freezes for a sec before going to it. I thought this might have been due to my used and abused xp2400 going bad but its doing the same thing with my brand new 1800.

Going to try a Windows reinstall tomorrow. Hopefully that might help with the delays.
