Good deal on a laptop?

Well, I finally got a laptop last night...E-machines M5310.

Anybody think it was a good deal? I paid $1600 CAD for it. I got a Targus backpack and a mini surge-bar for free. I also got the 3yr warranty plan for an extra $400 (gimme a break - I don't know how to fix laptops ).

If it's 1600 with tax I'd say that's about right you didn't get a really big discount. If I'm right you can boost the amount of Graphics memory up to 128 but it's useless the card inside is like a Radeon 7500. Good idea on the 3 year plan. For $400 they better give you a new one if this one dies. Welcome to the world of mobile computing and enjoy.
