Unlocking 256k L2 on Duron1.6

anyone have any idea or websites where i can unlock the 256k cache on a duron1.6?

First take a look at your L2 bridges on the chip, then just take some conductive ink or anything else conductive, scrape the dimm dots that you see a cut between them, should be right-most (depends from which angle you look at the chip) take the conductive ink and draw AROUND the cut to connect the 2 dots. Do not let any conductive material get into the pit or it won't unlock the cache.
Use something like a tooth pick or a pin to gently scrape these dots untill you see some metal shining through. the small golden dots you see exposed are not the real bridges you have to connect
