Hello everyone

I have been reading a lot of articles about Phase-change, how to build your own or buy one type of article..
Here is the thing, I am mechanicaly incline, but have not dealt with anything remotely close to any AC product.

How difficult is it to really make something like Bowman's freezing
box?
I can not really afford the Prometia/ or Vapochill boxes.. Should I try and buy a used Prometia/Vapo box? How much expertise do I need to make my own box?

Thankyou

Daniel Rodriguez
