P4C800 GOLD or P4P800 deluxe

ok.. i want to oc a P4c 2.4 to about 3.5 on air

the problem is the mobo...
does the i875 bring more improvements that the i865?!
the deluxe model on the i865 is cheeper than the GOLD model on the i875

i like so freeeeakin confused

Earlier this month, ASUS has made an official announcement on how they managed to include PAT-like feature into their P4P800 board

It doesn't work above 200fsb.

well than let's say the increase of 5-7% is compensated by the increase of the FSB over 200

Not sure I follow. With the 875 you get PAT. With the 865 you get PAT to a point. Above 200 Fsb one has it, one doesn't. Wasn't the question about which to get? Do you or do you not want Pat above 200 fsb is the answer.
