most motherboards don't allow you to use a program
you go into bios and change the FSB (Front Side Bus). If you don't know what you're doing (i'm guessing here :p) you should read up (search button works well) and understand computers better before you attempt an overclock.
 
hm.. yah fsb oc memory but any other way to oc memory

Actually wargod, if youre gonna be overclocking your memory you usually will have to loosen your timings somewhat. To overclock the memory you need to raise the fsb and adjust the fsb/ram ratio depending on what memory and cpu you have. You can also try playing with the timings, raising them slightly if its not stable. Also raise the Vdimm up to obtain a higher oc. All of this is done through bios by the way. To test if its stable run memtest86 and prime95.
