IC7-G Max2 Raid Question

is there any kind/type of ide to sata converter?

Like a little device that just converts the connection from ide to sata. I want to use my raid 0 but i have ide drives not sata drives, and i completely understand even if this is possible the drives would still be as fast as ide drives with raid.

From my understanding the raid on this board is for sata only, i think i have heard of a converter connector/device before but i'm unsure.

Your mobo should have come with a Serille2 adapter and you can buy a second from www.excaliberpc.com. Make sure it is the Serille2 not the first generation Serrille adapter.
