custom screen resolutions?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a driver or software solution for getting an ATI radeon 9700 to display at a custom screen resolution, i.e. I need to display at 852 X480 to match the plasma screen it connected to. This is not a standard resolution, so I can just chosse it from ths list. Does anyone know of a driver, or other solution to display in this resolution? I hate squares that are not squares.

give powerstrip a try. It worked on a tnt and up. hopefully itll also work on ati cards
