i want it to be very good overclockable and i dont want to go over 150 dollars

If you don't want to go over $150, I would suggest a P4P800 Deluxe. They're about $123. If you can spare an extra $10 or so past your $150 limit, a P4C800 would be quite good as well.

Since you posted in the Asus board forum, I'll assume you're specifically looking for ASUS suggestions, and won't mention the Abit boards much. However, a number of them are good and would fit in your price range.

Just be aware of each board's pros and cons... ASUS boards tend to drop power under load (although this may have been fixed w/ the latest bios.. haven't tried it myself) but this doesn't seem to impact people's o/c ability/stability too much. ASUS boards also don't give as much juice to your memory, but this can be solved by a simple voltmod (check stickies).

Some Abits tend to undervolt in a general sense, have trouble with dividers other than 1:1 for some memory types, and temps reported can off by several degrees on some of them.
