what does this mean? ( link to uploaded pic)

i installed a controller card and connected my previous hard drive to that card so now both hard drives have their own ide controller. PC boots ok but i get this " error" and then it keeps loading windows fine. Windows see the drive ok.
it is only that start up message that bugs me

It means that the cable that you are using is either not an 80 conductor cable or, if it is, it's not properly connected with the blue connector on the mainboard IDE connector. Either condition will result in a maximum data transmission rate of 33MB/s on the cable, rather than typical theoretical maximums of 100 or 133MB/s. Put this one high on the list of items to fix.

what is a conductor cable?
i used a normal ide cable like the one that comes with hard drives , cd drives...

Count the wires on the cable that you plugged into the harddrive. How many are there? 40 or 80?

ok i just bought off ebay a set of 2 80 conductor cables for $4

yes thats normal.... My computer did that when i installed my new DVD-RW and Maxtor HDD in...
