Just wondering if anyone knows how to overclock an AMD Duron 1000 Mhz, on an ECS K7S5A Motherboard. With the origional BIOS. A link or info on how to do it would be great!! Attached is my system specs.

that mother board dosn't really have any o/c features.
you'll need to get another mobo
 
I've seen duron 1GHz cpus that won't get to 1.33GHz with 1.85 volts and good cooling. What steeping is your CPU? I used to have the same setup. Your first step should be to flash your bios to the latest cheepo overclcoking bios, which can be found in the ECS section of the ocworkbench.com forums. Short of that, you can use software overclocking from within windows. I believe a proram called speedfan has the correct pll settings to do this on the K7S5A. If not, try softfsb or cpuspeed.
