Fortron usually makes pretty good PSU's, but I am wary of a $20 power supply no matter who is the manufacturer. I would probably stear clear, especially if you want to overclock.

i'd say to good to be true. the price is way low, even for a fortron. Also i note the model number. The only way i know of to garauntee it's a fortron is with the FSP model number. no FSP in that model number. I wouldn't risk it, just spend a couple extra bucks and get a genuine fortron/sparkle. Also not that Aopen psu's are FSP models.

The PSU is the same that comes with the AOpen H700B. It's the FSP-Group's base model, strong enough for most stock systems, probably capable for overclocks that don't require too strong of a 3.3V/5V. FSP seems to have recently dropped the model as well.

A Fortron is a Fortron.

The "FSP" means it's made with "FSP Group" components.
And no "FSP" means they're made by someone else.

Personally, I'd stay clear of those "GU" units too.
Less desirable fan and internal regulators if I remember
correctly.

IMhO, you'd be much better off with the Fortron fsp300-60atv.
They are nice and stable in my OCed and loaded NF2 rig.
And they are only $32 delivered from NewEgg.
