MILLVILLE, NJ -- Jan. 13, 2004 – theGXL Website is officially released for public viewing. After years in the making and months in developing, theGXL has finalized a date and time for their first 250 Man Lan Event located in Millville, NJ. This is the first of hopefully many large lans hosted by theGXL team. theGXL promises to provide a fun attraction for all gamers offering prizes, tournaments, and special games to be played throughout the event. theGXL is currently negotiating sponsorship deals with multiple companies and will post the confirmations on their newly released site once available.
About theGXL
TheGXL consists of three organizations which share the same common vision of holding the biggest LAN event on the East Coast. This collaboration of efforts is the most proactive movement for gaming to take place in the tri-state area. The collaboration is made up of Gamers of Diverse Strategy (lanpartygods.com), Xtreme Players (xtreme-players.com), and LanSynergy (lansynergy.com).
During the past few months, theGXL have been developing solutions to the biggest obstacles that all massive LAN events are faced with. However, our plan now has 100% full approval from both the Millville Rescue Squad Chief and the Millville Rescue Squad Board of Directors. This LAN will take place at the Millville Rescue Squad in Millville, NJ on February 27th through the 29th."
