Mushkin Black Lvl 1 or Lvl2

Ok...i am having one hell of a hard time deciding on which memory to get. I am considering lvl 1 or lvl 2 mushkin 3500 black. My main question is am I really gonna tell much difference between the lvl 1 and lvl 2. I am running a barton 2500+ on an abit an7 and will be doing moderate overclocking...at least 3200+ speeds maybe a little more. I dont want to blow all my cash if it isnt necessary.

anybody have any ideas?

LVL2 has bh-5 chips and are better overclocker.

PC3200 or 3500 I dont think matter's unless you want to be sure of what you are getting. My 2x256 pc3200mushkin LVL2 does 230fsb @ 2 2 2 11 @ high volt's. IMO get the bh-5 while it's still our there.
