Well, i thought i had my R9800np with Infineon 3.0ns ram stable at 456MHz core, i could even post a bench with it (see 3DMark03 score in sig. But i used rthdribl to test it (most stringent graphics card stability test out there) and im only pulling 426//333 from stock 325//290. I already have a cooling mod on the card. Is this a decent OC or does it just plain suck (i know the ram OC is bad cuz i got some POS mem on that card but what the heck...)
 
Looks like a pretty good OC to me. Infineon RAM usually doesn't clock very well, but that's pretty good.

You might be able to push a little bit higher and not see any ill effects. Try testing for artifacts and whatnot in 3DMark and whatever games you usually play rather than a artifact tester.

Does your card softmod?
